“When I first met Ashley it was at our friends wedding and I was immediately impressed with her style of photography and her demeanor while she was working. She was very professional but fit right in with the party and was able to get many intimate and honest photos of the guests because of this. I already knew that her photography was going to be amazing when we hired her as our wedding photographer but I was so beyond impressed throughout the entire day of working with her. First of all, the day we hired Ashley she instantly began talking to us and planning with us based on our preferences and vision. She always listened and never pushed her opinions onto us but gave us suggestions on what she had seen to be successful in the past. Because of this open communication, we chose to do a first look and I couldn't have been happier with the results. This gave us time to have an intimate moment alone while she captured the whole thing. She made us feel comfortable to have this moment to ourselves and I honestly didn't feel like she was there. 100% would recommend for any couples on their wedding day.
I was also shocked with her ability to wrangle all our groomsmen and keep them on task during our group photos (def no easy feat). And she was open to any ideas or pictures that I had requested that we take as well as her own. Ashley has an incredible eye for photography that takes a good photo and makes it stunning. She recommended a field that I had never even seen (and I've lived here for 16 years) to take sunset photos and they turned out better than I ever expected. She was a blast to work with and made the whole day so easy and seamless. She felt like a part of our party and like a friend who just happened to be an amazing photographer and I am so glad that she was able to capture our day. We will have her amazing photos to treasure forever. We 110% recommend Ashley as a photographer for any event and am so glad that she was ours!
